		<description>Thanks for the resource. My number one way of helping out is &lt;strong&gt;buying less&lt;/strong&gt;. The first R in the 3Rs is Reduce. In the past few years, I&#039;ve become quite anticonsumerist, buying very little. I still enjoy shopping but rarely do I actually walk out of the store with anything. Usually looking is enough.
