The purpose of Simple Sapien is to provide insight on living a simpler life and becoming a better person in general. It is a crazy and complex world we live in today and it is so easy to get caught up in the chaos.

Just so everyone knows, I do not claim to be an expert in the field of “simplicity”. I am just an average person trying to provide tips and insight on living simpler. I try my best to live a simple life, but like everyone else, I do get caught up in the complexities of life.

My name is Jack Rugile and I live in Denver, CO. I am 21 and have a passion for living simply. I started getting into web design and blogging around March of 2008. The internet is so fascinating to me, and I am honored to be a part of it.

When I am not addicted to the internet, I love to play music or hang out with family and friends. Guitar and drums are my primary instruments and metal is my favorite genre of music.

I also run a website about the Denver metal scene. The site provides info about upcoming metal shows and local metal bands.
